As emphasized in a message published on Monday on the Command's website, this transfer is “part of a wider strategy for optimizing American military operations, improving the support of allies and partners while increasing performance”.
President Duda, who is visiting Talllin on Tuesday, emphasized at a press conference after meeting the President of Estonia Alar Karis that Relocation is not a withdrawal of troops. He added that he cannot explain the situation “in the details”.
