In Krasnoyarsk, the ex-head of the hospital No. 4 was accused of acceptance of low-quality medical equipment

Former chief physician of the Krasnoyarsk inter -district clinical hospital No. 4 Albina Fokina will be against the court on charges of exceeding official powers.

According to the investigation, in December 2021, Albina Fokina, acting as the head physician, decided to put into operation the digital complex of the X -ray, which is not registered in Russia and has not passed the quality of efficiency and safety, that is, it is a falsified medical product and can harm human health.

The united press service of the vessels of the Krasnoyarsk Territory reported that as a result of the actions of Albina Fokina, the regional Ministry of Health caused damage to more than 24.6 million rubles. This money was transferred to the account of the legal entity that set the X -ray complex.

In relation to the ex-head of the Krasnoyarsk Interdistrict Clinical Hospital No. 4, a criminal case was opened under paragraph “c” of Part 3 of Art. 286 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (the commission by an official of actions that obviously go beyond his powers and entail a significant violation of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens and the interests of society and the state protected by law, with the causes of grave consequences).

The Kirovsky District Court of Krasnoyarsk will take care of his consideration.

Recall that Albina Fokina was dismissed from the post of head of hospital No. 4 at the beginning of this year, when personnel changes began in the regional healthcare system. She worked in this position for more than 16 years.
