Zandberg sharply about the real estate market. “Prices crazy”

MP Together and candidate for president Adrian Zandberg assessed on Sunday that the best way to speculate housing and increases the prices of apartments is the appropriate tax system.

MP Together and candidate for president Adrian Zandberg at a press conference in Sopot spoke about speculation on the apartment market. He pointed out that the prices of apartments in this city, one of the highest in Poland, do not allow you to take a loan even for thirty years.

Zandberg emphasized that currently the majority of working Poles are in such a situation that they cannot afford to buy an apartment for themselves and their family.

“Because real estate prices have gone crazy. Because real estate prices have detached from the real economy, from the real income of generations of Poles who live from work,” said Zandberg and added that this is not an accident. In his opinion, subsequent governments in Poland pumped money into the development sector and allowed speculation on the housing market to rain prices in these areas, where they became completely inaccessible to a significant part of Poles. Zandberg, candidate in the presidential election, emphasized that “these elections will also be about it.” “About whether we will finally end the developer's arbitrariness and whether we end with consent to ensure that SPECULARS to the apartment ruins the life of the young generation (…) Elections on whether we want it to be as before – that the Polish state is pushing the Kabza of a small number of development companies and cared for the interests of rentiers,” said the leader together.

According to him, the easiest way is an anti -spine tax – not related to people with their own apartment, and those who buy several apartments for investment purposes.

The MP Together also emphasized that in recent years there has been a fashion among the rich people to invest millions of zlotys on the real estate market instead of investing in an innovative economy. In his opinion, the young generation pays for such action, for whom the apartments are inaccessible and too expensive.

“We should follow the opposite path. Do not allow speculation to spread in our cities, but cut it out with the help of a tax system,” said Zandberg and added to direct the bright signal to the richest, so that they invest in a real economy and creating new jobs.

According to the MP Together, what happened on the real estate market is part of the greater problem – the fact that the PiS platform for a change with PiS for 20 years decided that “when we let it go to a free American, the same would regulate, and politicians will not have to make it.” In his opinion, this time ends, because more difficult years and the moment of geopolitical changes have come.
