In the premises of the central control panel of the Boguchanskaya hydroelectric power station, a new dispatch table for operational personnel is mounted.

A high -tech table of 5.5 m wide is developed taking into account many years of operation of the station, it helps employees conduct a given mode of operation of the main and auxiliary equipment. The design of the table will reduce the complexity of the work and improve the reaction rate to possible emergency situations.

“Many factors are affected by many factors – technological, production and organizational ones to the work of the personnel of the CPU operational service (the head of the station shift, the main control panel. For the effective work of the shift on duty, it is necessary to take into account various conditions that affect employees. The designers on our assignment took into account the ergonomic support of the workplace, the type and form of presentation to the operator of information, the location of the equipment and management bodies, ”said Vladislav Nikitin, who prepared technical requirements for the new dispatch table.

The table design was developed taking into account the requirements of GOST Ergonomics. The design, layout of equipment and controls will improve the quality of receiving incoming information, create comfortable conditions for operatives. On the table there are three jobs equipped with monitors, system units, communication remote controls and other equipment necessary for the management of hydroelectric power plants.

Each workplace has additional individual lighting. The power supply of the remote control has several independent inputs with the hidden placement of cables, and the heat removal system from the technical compartment is equipped with small fans – extraneous sounds should not distract the operatives during work and tire them.

The duty of operatives in the premises of the central remote control panel of the Boguchanskaya hydroelectric power station was organized already during the construction of the station, before the launch of the first units. The CPU has a unique control panel on which the diagram of electrical connections of the main equipment of the station is displayed. In combination with the control panel, the new dispatch table will be able to ensure the effective operation of operational personnel in continuous mode. The manufacturer guarantees the good operation of the remote control for several years.
