“Non -standard solutions for difficult tasks:” Training was held in Krasnoyarsk from the Corporate University of SGK

In Krasnoyarsk, training was held from the Siberian Generating Company Corporate University. Corporate University is part of a large educational program for the development and professional growth of the company's employees and is part of the Career SGK project.

Participants in the training of the program “Time of the Steer”, which was held in Krasnoyarsk, were managers and specialists from different departments.

The program “Time of strong”

It is aimed at increasing the level of managerial competencies, systemic thinking skills and project activities for successors to leadership positions. Training is designed for three years and consists of several modules.

This time, in the classroom, “TRIZ technologies in business” were dismantled – energy developed projects, searched for creative solutions to non -standard technological and managerial tasks, and introduced digital transformation to optimize production processes. All projects have stated all the projects on paper, but protection to other members of the group confirmed their relevance and significance.

The team of the head of the operational activity of the SGK Mikhail Kozyrev proposed developing an electronic archive for document management. As planned by the authors, the system will include not only working letters, but also drawings, many of which are very old and require digitization: “Sometimes the search for the desired scheme is conducted manually, which takes a lot of time. The purpose of our proposal is to create a single electronic database for storing all the necessary information. This will simplify the classification of data and speed up the search, ”says Mikhail Kozyrev.

“Such programs are very important for specialists. We study many applied topics and directions that are necessary in the work. In the course of training, we are also exchanging experience, developments in solving certain problems, and this is very valuable. The knowledge base is expanding, and you can already offer non -standard technological solutions for complex production tasks. ”

The “students” the theory was fixed in practice. Having visited the Krasnoyarsk plant of reinforced concrete products, they examined the industrial site and got acquainted with the experience of colleagues in solving production and technical problems. Concluding the training course, its participants emphasized that even in a short time, but by joining efforts, you can achieve qualitative results. The best projects developed in the framework of training will be recommended for implementation at SGK enterprises.
