In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a dairy company was fined for producing low-quality sour cream and butter

The Arbitration Court of the Krasnoyarsk Territory brought to administrative responsibility local dairy producer for repeated violation requirements of technical regulations.

According to the press service of the regional Rosselkhoznadzor, the manufacturer was fined 350 thousand rubles by a court decision.

“RPreviously, the Department conducted an unscheduled on-site inspection of a dairy product manufacturer operating in the Berezovsky district. During the inspection, violations of the requirements of technical regulations of the Customs Union were revealed. In particular, based on the results of laboratory studies, it was established that dairy products (sour cream and butter) were produced that did not meet the mandatory requirements for fatty acid composition and the number of mesophilic aerobic and facultative anaerobic microorganisms,” the department recalled.

Also, based on the results of monitoring the Mercury component, violations of the traceability of dairy products during their production were identified.
