In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the organizer and participants of the organized crime group were detained, which had been organizing prostitution for 7 years. This was reported in the regional investigative committee.

In 2018, the criminal group was founded by a 36-year-old man. It operated on the territory of not only the Krasnoyarsk Territory, but also the Novosibirsk region. The community consisted of guards, including a quick response group, operators, drivers, chief accountant, and a personnel employee. The “security forces” were armed with knives, gas and traumatic firearms.

The participants were looking for single women, low -income girls, including minors, stole them and beat them. The girls were kept hostage and forced to provide intimate services in rented saunas, massage salons, apartments and apartments.

For attempts to escape, the refusal to provide services, the use of alcohol, the “workers” were punished physically and financially – they took communications, some were completely deprived of earnings. In total, at least 20 women were involved in prostitution.

The head of the organized crime group has been looking for new participants from the moment of founding until June 2020. He attracted his relatives, acquaintances from the Krasnoyarsk Territory and other regions, as well as foreign citizens, promising them a high income. For 7 years, the group included about 40 people.

“The community had a high degree of organization, cohesion and stability, a clear distribution of criminal duties, strict discipline, unconditional submission of community members to the head. For the functioning of the criminal community, the man developed his structure, consisting of units, a scheme for interaction and maintaining communication between community members, the rules of their behavior and the income distribution system, ”the UK said.

Now the organizer is detained. In relation to other detainees, the issue of choosing a preventive measure is being decided. In total, 12 men and 5 women aged 17 to 38 years fell under the investigation.

The criminal case was instituted on the basis of materials represented by the Federal Security Service of Russia in the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the UUR of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Law enforcement officers continue to collect evidence.
