The decision of the Plenum of the Central Committee of the CPSU on the development of virgin lands was approved and ordered the party organization to mobilize all the working people to fight for its implementation.

In the newspaper Birobidzhan Zvezda (12+), an article of the former commander of the mortar battery, participant in the assault on the Reichstag B. Goldmacher, “Mins breaks on Alexander Plac”, which tells about the final stage of the war – the Storm of the Reichstag, was published.

“I am entrusted with,” he began solemnly and stopped short … Then he waved his hand and shouted in a ringing voice:
– We go to Berlin, comrades! The path to the Reichstag was not easy … We launched our mortar battery in the courtyard of Himmler's house … On the den of the fascist beast – fire! I commanded.
The shelling began – the usual, everyday work, which the mortars managed to get used to during the war years. Covered by our fire, the infantry attacks. And soon we saw a scarlet banner of victory over the Reichstag … “.
In the heading “District weekdays. Leninsky district” there was information that the regional relay race of culture was held in the hall of the Leninsky District House of Culture. At the final concert, the best amateur numbers were shown. Over 150 young agricultural leaders gathered in the room. At the end of the evening, the participants in the final review were presented with commemorative gifts.
A meeting of students, parents and teachers took place in the Babstov agricultural college. Such an event in a technical school was held for the first time. The director of the technical school told the audience about the history of the educational institution, about the state of educational and educational work, and shared the plans of the teaching staff for the future. In the conclusion of the meeting, a large concert of amateur performances was given.

In the city of Kutaisi (Georgia), Rosa Anarbekovna Strokova was born. Rose began to draw as a child. The first personal exhibition (0+) was when she studied in the sixth grade, thanks to Andrei Zakharovich Tolchinsky. Her works were exhibited at international exhibitions, printed in children's republican magazines “Snowstere” (0+) and “Pioneer Pravda” (0+).
She graduated from the Kyrgyz Women's Pedagogical Institute in the city of Bishkek (Kyrgyzstan) with a degree in Surdopedagog. The rose has no higher art education anarbekov.
In 1991, Rosa moved to Birobidzhan with her husband. The first personal exhibition (12+) artists took place in 1996 in the Museum of Contemporary Art of Birobidzhan, the second – in 1998
Rose Anarbekovna-Laureate of the Mayor of Birobidzhan “Fortun” in the field of fine art for 1999-2000. In 2001, in Khabarovsk, the Arabesques personal exhibition (12+) was held in Khabarovsk in the “art basic”. In 2001, an album of rose graphics “Symbols of Eternity” (12+) was released by the VI International Festival of Jewish Culture.

In 2002, she took part in the Khabarovsk regional exhibition of young artists “Spring Vernissage” (12+) in the Fedotov art gallery. She became a laureate in the field of graphics. In 2004, Rosa became a member of the II International Biennale graphics, which took place in St. Petersburg. Many books were published with her illustrations – for example, to the lyrics of the Birobidzhan poets Alexander Dragkin and Alla Akimenko, as well as the Khabarovsk citizen Vladimir Volzhanin. Strokoy works are stored in private collections in Israel, Germany, America, and France.
In 2010, Rosa and her family left for a new place of residence in the city of Krasnodar.
