Specialists of Rospotrebnadzor helped pensioners from Achinsk to return money for a poor -quality battery for the phone.
An elderly woman turned to the department employees with a complaint against the Radio Master store. There she purchased a battery for her phone. However, the goods turned out to be poor -quality. According to the consumer, after three days of operation, the battery stopped working and the phone did not charge. It was not possible to resolve the dispute independently with the seller in the store.
The specialists of Rospotrebnadzor, in the course of work with the complaint, found that in addition to the identified deficiencies, the goods were transferred to the buyer without any information about it-the battery was simply in transparent plastic packaging.
As a result, her rights were explained to the woman and assistance was provided in drawing up a claim with a demand for the return of the value of low -quality goods. IP IP Zimnukhova A.M. I returned funds in the amount of 360 rubles to the buyer.
