Autumn adjustment of the budget of the Krasnoyarsk Territory was made to the Legislative Assembly

The Government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory submitted to the Legislative Assembly a draft law on amendments to the budget of the region. The Ministry of Finance said that the relevant order was signed by Prime Minister Sergei Vereshchagin.

Autumn adjustment was prepared on the basis of an analysis of the budget execution over the past months, the expected assessment of revenues before the end of the year, as well as taking into account additional funds from the federal budget.

In 2025, revenues of the regional budget increased by 17.8 billion rubles and amount to 452.1 billion rubles. At the same time, the Federation adds 2.2 billion rubles, mainly to support citizens when paying for housing and communal services. It is expected that the amount of tax and non -tax income this year will increase by 12.8 billion rubles. First of all, this is due to additional income for mining and income from the placement of funds on bank deposits.

Additional income can reduce the planned deficit and increase the budget expenditure.

“The budget adjustment traditionally takes place in the fall, when it is important to clarify the parameters for income and expenses, taking into account the current performance. According to the results of eight months, the budget was executed without a shortage. This allows us to allocate additional funds to support the population, the development of social sector and economics, as well as to help our territories in the context of the transition to a new local government system, ”said the Deputy Prime Minister of the Territory, Minister of Finance Vladimir Bakhar.

In 2025, expenses at the expense of its own funds of the region will increase by 9.9 billion rubles. In the social bloc, the priority of healthcare is preserved. This year, 3.9 billion rubles are additionally provided. Of these, 3 billion rubles will be sent to preferential drug support, 553 million rubles for sanitary aviation, as well as for compensation to medical workers.

325 million rubles will be added for housing certificates for orphans. As a result, the amount of financing for these purposes, using various mechanisms, will exceed 5 billion rubles in 2025.

To contain the growth of the population for housing and communal services, about 3 billion rubles will be directed to compensation for losses of resource-supplying organizations.

In the field of education, expenses will increase by 0.7 billion rubles. Additionally, 149 million rubles were allocated for the overhaul of schools. Almost 200 million rubles are provided for supporting gifted children.

The municipalities of the region will receive 1.7 billion rubles with plus, including the fulfillment of the instructions of the Governor of the Territory. The reserve fund of the regional government will grow by 3 billion rubles. Its volume will reach 10 billion rubles, which will allow you to quickly respond to the challenges, as well as to ensure the support of participants in their own and their families.

Additional funds are also scheduled for other directions, including culture, sport, environmental measures, digital development of the region.
