In the village of Bryanka, the North-Senisei district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, police found houses at a 52-year-old man illegally stored a sawn-the-wings of a single-barreled smooth-bore gun of 16 caliber, about 500 grams of gunpowder, 3 rounds of 16 caliber, 3 cartridges 32 caliber, 4 forensens from smoothbore rifles and a trim of a single-barrel rifle of 32 caliber.
The man explained that about 8 years ago he found all this in the forest in the territory of the North-Yenisei district.
The police seized the arsenal and sent for examination. She showed that weapons, cartridges and gunpowder are suitable and can be used as intended.
In relation to the man initiated criminal cases under Part 1 of Art. 222 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “illegal acquisition and storage of firearms” and part 1 of Art. 222.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “illegal acquisition and storage of explosives.” For the commission of these crimes, a punishment of imprisonment is provided for a period of 6 to 8 years.
