As part of the merger of two banks – Post Bank and VTB, clients can open an account and transfer their social payments to VTB.

You can submit an application to change your details on the State Services portal, at the MFC, SFR, or at your employer; the review period is up to 10 working days.

New details can be obtained after transferring banking products for service to VTB using a remote service in a couple of clicks online, or you can issue a VTB debit card with delivery by courier or at bank offices, including post offices.

To register online, you will need to take several steps in the mobile application or web version of Pochta Bank:

  1. Click on the banner “Become a VTB client” and then on the “Join” button.
  2. In the section with personal offers from VTB, sign all documents online.
  3. Confirm the transition with the code from SMS, after which finances and banking products will be transferred to VTB.
  4. Submit an application to change your details to the MCF, SFR, employer or through State Services.

If the client already has a VTB card, then simply submit an application to change the details on their own. There is no need to issue an additional card.

Many payments from the state, for example, maternity benefits, for families with children and pregnant women, for child care up to 1.5 years old, for children of military personnel, as well as compensation for housing and utility costs and others can be transferred to VTB remotely. To do this, you need to submit an application to change the details for receiving the payment on the State Services portal and indicate your VTB account in it. After consideration of the application, funds will begin to arrive using the new details.

Since the beginning of the merger of banks, millions of Post Bank clients have purchased products from VTB. Upon transition, new clients have access to increased rates on deposits and savings accounts.
