Ingredients:

  • 2 kg of a pork collar;
  • 150 ml of apple juice;
  • 1 tsp. dried garlic;
  • 2 tsp. salt.

Ingredients for the marinade:

  • 100 ml of sunflower oil;
  • 1 tbsp. l. papriki;
  • 1 tsp. salts;
  • 1 tsp. pepper;
  • 2 tbsp. l. ketchup;
  • 4 tbsp. l. grower in grains;
  • 2 tbsp. l. honey.

Cooking

  1. Make deep punctures in the meat with a knife.
  2. Mix apple juice, dried garlic and salt in a glass. Use a syringe – either special for meat, or large medical.
  3. Fill each puncture with juice and leave the meat overnight.
  4. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade, grease the meat with a mixture and cover with parchment or foil.
  5. Bake Buzhenin in the oven preheated to 180 ° C for three hours. Then remove the foil, grease with the marinade and bake for another 30 minutes.
