The Huuuge Group had an adjusted EBITDA USD and $ 17.3 million net profit in the second quarter – the company said in a quarterly report. The PAP Business consensus assumed USD 23.2 million of corrected EBITDA and USD 18.2 million net profit.

In the same period of the previous year, the developer of mobile games recorded $ 19.4 million of corrected EBITDA and USD 15.1 million net profit.

Corrected by a one -off event not related to the primary activity of the group and the costs of employee benefits net profit for the second quarter of 2025 amounted to USD 18.3 million.

Revenues amounted to USD 58.8 million compared to 63.4 years earlier. The consensus assumed $ 58.4 million in revenues.

EBIT in the second quarter was $ 20.8 million, compared to USD 16.5 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by PAP Biznes assumed that operational profit in Q2 would amount to USD 20.9 million.

In the first half of 2025, the company generated USD 121.2 million in revenues against USD 130.3 million a year earlier. The corrected EBITDA amounted to USD 49.3 million against 41.4 million PLN a year earlier.

The corrected net profit of the first half of the year is PLN 38.6 million against PLN 33.7 million a year earlier.

The developer of mobile games in the first six months of 2025 also improved the operational profit, which amounted to PLN 43.2 million compared to PLN 34.6 earlier.

“In the first half of the year, the revenues of our key games, Huuuge Casino and Billionaire Casino, achieved USD 119.3 million, which means a 6 % decrease compared to the previous year. This result reflects the general, weakening trend on the Social Casino gaming market” – wrote, quoted in a letter to shareholders, president of the company, the president of Wojciech Wronowski.

He added that despite the decrease in the daily number of active users (DAU) by 6.5 percent. In the second quarter of 2025, Huuuge maintained a high level of monetization of its flagship games. In the president's opinion, this is evidenced by growing indicators: the average revenue for a daily active user (ARPDAU) increased by 1.1 percent, and the average income for the paying user (ARPPPU) increased by 2.5 percent. in terms of quarter to the quarter.

“Huuuge is preparing for the strong end of 2025. According to our internal schedule, in the fourth quarter we will introduce to the flagship games Huuuge Casino and Billionaire Casino key, new functionalities. The first of the update will appear in mid -September, and the next ones will be available in the next months. In addition, the president indicated that the revenues of the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channel in the first half of 2025 doubled, reaching USD 25.2 million.

What's more, in the first weeks of September, after starting the Huuuge Pay service in the United States, participation in revenues exceeded 30 percent.” – said Wronowski.

He added that Huuuge is consistently developing the strategy of entering the Igaming market.

“Although this area was still in the research phase, we are currently working on internal competences in creating our own product. We are realistically looking at schedules and dates, which is why we plan to enter this market at the beginning of 2027. Thanks to our experience in online games and the ability to build innovative functional functionalities in games, we believe that our offer in Igaming will be exceptional against competitions” – President.
