“The second ballistic missile, released by Russians in the sums, was probably filled with fragmentation elements and exploded in the air to inflict maximum defeat to people on the city streets. According to preliminary conclusions, most peaceful people died from these striking elements,” Krivosheenko said.
He called the Russians terrorists and noted that their actions indicate a planned attack precisely on civilian objects and civilians on the streets.
“All services, law enforcement agencies and experts continue to work on the spot. Soon there will be official reports of the type of ammunition that terrorists used to kill as many people as possible,” added the head of the MVA.
