Romania has three Himars soil-soil missiles, more 54 launchers divided into three different battalions. It is one of the most modern weapons that the army has in use now.

Himars missile systems: What did Romania bought $ 1.5 billion
Romania acquired in 2019 from the American company Lockheed Martin three artillery systems based on soil rackets with a big beating for about $ 1.5 billion, the first system in 2021, the latter being operationalized a year ago.
Each system has 18 launching facilities including, but without limiting to them, ammunition, control elements, sensors, logistics support, maintenance, cryptographic and special regime, as well as the personnel training service at all the necessary levels.
The Romanian contract also provides three different types of guided/conducted missiles that can hit surface or punctual terrestrial targets up to 300 km.
The Himars launcher is mounted on the truck and can accommodate six 227mm M270 rockets or a single MGM-140 Atacms rocket.
Basically, in addition to the 54 launchers, the contract also provides for the purchase of 81 M31A1 Unitary missiles and 81 M30A1 alternative Warhead missiles, as well as 54 attackers, those with an effective radius of up to 300 km.
