Krasnoyarsk prescribed 19 foreigners in his apartment and fell under the investigation

The 41-year-old Krasnoyarsk is accused of providing fictitious registration to foreign citizens. This was reported in the regional police.

During the investigation, it was found that from July to September 2024, an earlier convicted resident of the Kirovsky district submitted 5 times to the MFC on the registration of foreign citizens at the place of stay of foreign citizens.

In this way, in his apartment on Pavlov Street, a man registered 19 people, while initially Krasnoyarsk, not going to provide them for living and staying their living space. For each person, he received 1,000 rubles.

“The fact of fictitious registration of foreign citizens was identified by district police officers. When conducting the audit, it was found that foreign citizens had never lived to the indicated address before, ”the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the region explained.

A criminal case under Art. 322.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Fictive registration of a foreign citizen at the place of stay in the Russian Federation”. The investigation is completed. The accused faces up to 5 years in prison.
