The defendant began to separate them, but a fight ensued and in a fit of anger, he inflicted multiple stab wounds of the chest and neck, first, the 40-year-old owner of the apartment-16 strokes, and then a 32-year-old guest-10 strokes. The first victim died on the spot, the second in the hospital.

“The next day I went to the apartment of the murdered, as I forgot my phone there. There were already police officers and an ambulance team. I confessed to the murder, ”said the convict.

Serve his sentence under paragraph “a” part 2 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, a man will be in a maximum security penal colony with the subsequent restriction of freedom. The court also recovered 1 million rubles from him compensation for non -pecuniary damage in favor of the brother of one of the dead.
