Context
Feigin was born in 1971 in Kuibyshev (now – Samara). In 1994-1995 he was a deputy of the State Duma of the I convocation, in 1997-2007-Vice-mayor of Samara. In the 1990s he received the status of a lawyer, but began to engage in lawyer practice in the 2000s.
