Ingredients:
Kefir – 1 cup
Sugar – 3 tbsp. tablespoons
Salt – 1 teaspoon (no hill)
Soda – 1 teaspoon
Egg – 1 piece
Vegetable oil – 150 ml (for frying)
Flour – 2 cups (+ how much will take)
Preparation:
Beat the egg with sugar and salt.
Heat kefir in the microwave or on the stove. Add soda to it, mix quickly and pour into the egg mixture. You can still pour a little (2 tbsp. Tablespoons) of vegetable oil.
Sut the flour and, gradually adding, knead soft, elastic dough. Cover it with a towel and put it for 20 minutes in a warm place.
Roll out the dough, cut into small rectangles, cut small holes in the middle and turn the half of the rectangle over them.
Fry in a pan in a large amount of vegetable oil until golden crust. If you are embarrassed by a large amount of vegetable oil, then after the frying, lay the brushwood on a paper towel so that the stack is excess fat.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
Bon appetit!
