“Nobody wanted to hide anything”


On the night of Tuesday to Wednesday, the flying facility fell and exploded in the cornfield near Osiny in the Łuków poviat in the Lublin region.

When asked when Prime Minister Donald Tusk learned about this event, Szłapka replied that the prime minister had known everything from the very beginning, i.e. at night.
“The information about it was immediately when the services reacted, the police appeared there, then the military gendarmerie and the prosecutor's office were also informed. All procedures worked immediately. Nobody wanted to hide anything here” – assured a government spokesman.

The case of the explosion under Osiny is investigated by the Lublin prosecutor's office. The proceedings are being conducted towards art. 163 of the Penal Code, i.e. bringing a universally dangerous event, which threatens the life or health of many people or in great size in the form of an explosion of explosives.
The District Prosecutor in Lublin, Grzegorz Trusiewicz, reported at the Wednesday press conference that A “large military drone” fell in the cornfield, which was revealed on the engine “probably in Korean.” As he informed, investigators gathered a lot of evidence and questioned about 10 people. He appealed to residents who have information about the event or recordings from the incident, contact with the police or the military gendarmerie.
