71 -year -old driver, surprised by traveling on the counter. Remained without permit after images appeared in the online environment
A 71 -year -old man was identified and sanctioned by police after being surprised by leading the counter on the A4 highway. The images were distributed on social networks, announces on Saturday, August 16, IPJ Constanța.
The incident took place on the morning of August 15, and following the checks, the police officers of the Road Safety Service established the identity of the driver. It was fined according to GEO 195/2002 on traffic on public roads and remained without a permit for a period of 120 days.
The driver, on the counter, was held responsible by another traffic participant circulating. In the recording, the man seems to be revolted by the fact that the other drivers do not allow him to move forward.
“The incident spent this morning on the A4 highway. He arrived on the counter by car and he was also revolted because the others did not allow him to go …”, wrote the one who posted the filming.
The incident would have occurred on A4, at the exit to Ovid.
