In Divnogorsk, two men fell from the second floor of an apartment building due to the collapsed railing

Two residents of Divnogorsk received serious injuries, falling from the balcony of the second floor in an emergency house. The incident occurred at night on 148 Chkalov Street.
According to the prosecutor’s office, the men went out onto the balcony and leaned on the railing. The design could not stand it and collapsed with them. As a result of the fall, one of the victims was hospitalized with a traumatic brain injury, the second broke his hand.
It is known that the house was recognized as emergency back in 2021, but its resettlement is planned only for 2030. According to the agency, the residents repeatedly complained to the management company JKH on the state of the railing and asked for repairs, but no measures were taken.
The prosecutor's office began checking.
