Over the past weekend, two people drowned in the reservoirs of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
The Ministry of Emergencies said that both tragedies occurred on Sunday, August 10. Under the village of toe on Taimyr on Lake Limpy-Yaha, a man drowned. His body was found. In Kansk in a pond along Getoev Street, a man also drowned. His body is still looking for.
Rescuers strongly ask the residents of the region not to rest on unauthorized beaches, not to go into water in a drunk state, in rainy weather and night, as well as monitor children and adolescents, their safety.
“Swimming on“ wild ”beaches is dangerous. Siberian rivers are insidious, strong currents and whirlpools are often found in them. And at the bottom of the lakes, you can regularly find broken bottles, reinforcements and other items that are easy to get hurt. There may be a sharp difference in depths. This is especially dangerous for those who do not know how to swim, ”warned the deputy chief of the civil defense department and protection of the population of the Ministry of Emergencies of the region Evgeny Fursa.
Recall that in Krasnoyarsk, daily raids are held in popular reservoirs. On special control – the beaches of the lakes in the village of Peschanka, the shore of the Yenisei under the bridge 777 and in the green grove. The corresponding signs are installed in these places, and rescuers also work.
According to the Law of the Krasnoyarsk Territory for swimming in the prohibited place, administrative liability is provided, which has been coming from 16 years. For bathing in an unauthorized place of the child, administrative responsibility falls on parents – they can be attracted for improper performance of parental duties to protect the rights and interests of the minor.
