In an interview with Gazeta Wyborcza, Waldemar Żurek announced far -reaching changes and a declaration of the fight for the rule of law. “The crisis mobilizes me, not paralyzing,” he said, not hiding concerns about the state of Polish democracy.

The Minister of Justice and Prosecutor General shared his opinions on cooperation with other state institutions and the need for reforms in the area of the judiciary. When asked in the Monday issue of “Gazeta Wyborcza” for cooperation with Karol Nawrocki – he declared that he would respect the constitutional role of the president. – And if the prime minister gives me permission and the president will invite me in matters of the rule of law, of course I will not refuse and go.
