The city hall told what rules they want to introduce for electric scooters in Krasnoyarsk

In Krasnoyarsk, the reception of proposals for the draft Rules of improvement, in which It is proposed to regulate the procedure for placing and moving in the city of personal mobility. This will allow you to control the activities of kikshering companies and other SIM users, to which They include electric scooters, electrostealboards, gyro scooters, sigweeds, monocoles, etc.

According to the city hall, the draft document spells out the rules that will have to observe not only the kikshering companies, but also the owners of personal electric scooters:

• It is assumed that the territory on which Sim will be located will be marked with markings. The operator will have to contain these places and the scooters themselves in its pure form, including cleaned from stickers, vandal inscriptions and dirt.
• All electric scooters provided by operators should be equipped with an individual number.
• The placement of Sim in the city should not interfere with the movement of pedestrians, cyclists and other road users.
• In certain zones, operators should automatically reduce the speed of movement from 5 to 20 km/h, and in the area of prohibition of use of funds – automatically turn off the electric motors.
• It is forbidden to place SIM in objects of cultural heritage, monuments, memorial structures, social infrastructure facilities, including educational institutions; TAkzhe scooters cannot be left closer, than 5 meters from buildings of authorities, emergency operational services, law enforcement agencies.
• Sim should stand at a distance of more than 5 meters from the intersections, stops of public transport and the boundaries of pedestrian crossings, windows, entrances to buildings.
• The parking on the roadway is prohibited, at children's and sports grounds, etc.

On violators can impose an administrative fine.
