I prepare a fish dinner in 15 minutes and sleep peacefully – light, tasty and without heaviness until the morning

One of the easiest and at the same time nutritious dinners for those who value lightness in the body and restful sleep is baked white fish with vegetables. It cooks faster than pasta water boils, contains easily digestible protein, omega-3 fatty acids, and puts almost no strain on digestion. Children eat this fish willingly, especially if served with lemon and fresh herbs.

Ingredients:

White fish fillet – 300 g
Zucchini or zucchini – 1 pc.
Cherry tomatoes – 6–8 pcs.
Lemon – 2-3 thin slices
Garlic – 1 clove
Olive oil – 1 tbsp. spoon
Salt, black pepper, paprika – to taste
Fresh parsley or dill, for serving

Preparation:

  • Rinse the fish fillet, dry with a paper towel and cut into portions.
  • Cut the zucchini into slices and the tomatoes in half.
  • In a bowl, combine vegetables with olive oil, spices and minced garlic.
  • Place the vegetables on a baking sheet first, and pieces of fish on top. Sprinkle with pepper, drizzle with lemon juice and top with lemon slices.
  • Bake in the oven at 200°C for 12-15 minutes until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving.

This dinner is digested in 2–2.5 hours, does not cause bloating and does not interfere with deep sleep. It gives a feeling of slight satiety, supports the nervous system thanks to omega-3 and does not add unnecessary stress to the liver. Ideal for the evening, especially if you drink herbal tea or warm still water.
