A bus driver who went down to swear a pedestrian was physically assaulted by him and fell, hitting his head. The incident took place in Eforie Nord, and the police opened a criminal case.

A violent incident took place on Thursday afternoon in Eforie Nord, after a bus driver descended from the vehicle to swear a pedestrian, but ended up being hit by him and transported to the hospital.
Conflict started from pedestrian crossing
It all happened at the intersection of the Boulevard of the Republic with Tudor Vladimirescu street, where the driver of the coach and pedestrian were quarreled due to the priority. According to police, the conflict quickly degenerated into a physical altercation.
“From the first researches it turned out that, against the background of a spontaneous conflict, regarding granting the priority of pedestrian crossingthe driver of a bus would have descended from the vehicle, addressing offensive words to another 64 -year -old man from Bucharest, who had engaged in crossing the street on the pedestrian crossing”, The representatives of IPJ Constanta, quoted by News.ro.
Following the aggressive pedestrian reaction, the driver, a 63-year-old man, would be unbalanced and fell to the ground, hitting his head. The police were notified by an appeal to 112 that an altercation had taken place in the area, and a person was injured.
The driver, transported to the hospital
On the spot, the authorities found the 63-year-old man with injury, being taken by an ambulance and transported to the hospital for medical care. The video images captured after the incident show the moment when the injured man receives medical care on the road, while there are several witnesses.
The victim was informed the right to request a provisional protection order, but refused.
The police have opened a criminal case for hitting or other violence and continues the investigations to determine exactly the circumstances of the incident.
