“The ingredients for lazy cabbage rolls without rice are common – beef or other minced meat, cabbage, tomatoes. First, fry the minced meat, then add chopped vegetables. If you cook lazy cabbage rolls from young cabbage, the process is doubled,” the site says.
Ingredients:
- 900 g of beef minced meat;
- 200 g of onions;
- one cabbage;
- one clove of garlic;
- six tomatoes;
- 200 g of tomato sauce;
- 20 ml of apple cider vinegar;
- 40 ml of vegetable oil;
- Cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste.
Cooking
- Clean and cut the onion.
- In the pan, heat vegetable oil, add minced meat, onions and cook until the onion becomes soft. Then add the garlic and cook for another minute. Salt and pepper.
- Cut the cabbage and tomatoes while the minced meat is fried.
- Put them into a pan along with tomato sauce, vinegar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Bring the mass to a boil.
- Reduce the fire to a minimum, cover the pan with a lid and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
