Laboratory studies showed that excess pollutants were detected in the soil, including nitrate ion by 66.5 times, chloride ion by 6.4 times, sulfate ion by 7.6 times and other indicators.
The amount of damage caused amounted to 38.3 million rubles. First, by order of the prosecutor, an employee of the organization was brought to administrative responsibility for damage to land (Part 2 of Article 8.6 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation). And then the prosecutor's office filed a lawsuit to recover the entire amount of damage from the company.
The court satisfied the demands and also seized movable and immovable property “Krasnoyarsk Grid Company”
