Dan Șucu, the main shareholder of those at Rapid and Genoaextends to the real estate market. Along with Redport, one of the most important players in the real estate field, but also an older partner of the L1 owner, Șucu will start a residential project of 500 apartments.
It will be called “Vitality East”, being located near the park and Lake Pantelimon. The investment will amount to around 50 million euros, and the project will be developed on a land of approximately 27,000 square meters, with 46,600 square meters. Apart from the living blocks, the complex will also benefit from 400 square meters of commercial spaces, being located around several schools or other points of interest.
Vitality East will be made in three phases, the first of which will start in these weeks, with delivery time in 2026, the next two having a completion term in 2027, respectively 2028.

Dan Șucu entered the real estate market in 2023, also in combination with the realport developer Redport Capital.
