When ordinary cutlets are already tired: I added a secret ingredient to the minced meat and “swallowed the tongue” – an explosion of taste in each bite

I want something tasty and not too troublesome? This recipe for cutlets is just for such a case. Soft inside, with the aroma of butter and a golden crust. Prepared simply, eat quickly. The author of the channel “Recipes from Vkusno-Pro” on DZEN.RU (16+) shared a new look at the familiar dish.

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet – 500 g
  • Cheese (Gauda, Parmesan or any hard) – 120 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • butter – 50 g
  • Paning crackers – 30 g
  • parsley and dill – 10 g
  • vegetable oil – 50 ml
  • Salt – to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the chicken fillet and grind with a blender. You can also use a meat grinder. Grate the cheese on a fine grater, finely chop the greens. Combine all this in a deep bowl along with an egg, soft butter and salt. Mix until smooth.

2. With wet hands, sculpt cutlets. They should turn out to be medium sized to have time to fry well. We collapse in crackers for crystal crust, which will remain juicy inside the cutlets.

3. We heat the pan with vegetable oil. Distribute the cutlets along the surface of the pan and fry over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side to the brown brown.

You can serve with mashed potatoes, salad, buckwheat or just fresh vegetables. Cutlets are suitable for almost any side dish.

Small tricks

If the minced meat is liquid, add a spoonful of starch for density.

For a saturated taste, it is better to use the fragrant cheese indicated in the list of ingredients, but you can also use your favorite hard cheese.

Do not overheat the pan too much. Otherwise, the crust will burn out, and inside the cutlet will remain raw.
