In the north of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a food fair was held with the participation of farms of the southern and central regions of the region. It was visited by deputies of the Legislative Assembly.

The visiting meeting of the village of Village and Agro -Industrial Policy was held last week in Dudinka. The deputies also visited local stores and visited a fair, to which manufacturers from the central and southern part of the region brought their products.

For the first time in many years, goods were brought to Norilsk from the Uzhursky, Minusinsky, Shushensky districts and Krasnoyarsk. At the fair you could buy flour, cereals, dairy products, cheeses and confectionery. The Association “Yenisei Standard” delivered goods to the Arctic.

The head of Norilsk, Dmitry Karasev, noted that the holding of this event became possible thanks to the initiative of the Agrarian Committee with the support of the Territory administration. The vice speaker of the Legislative Assembly Dmitry Sviridov added that the work to ensure the availability of goods of the Krasnoyarsk peasants for residents of the northern territories must be actively continued.

The Chairman of the Committee on the Affairs of the village and the agricultural sector Vladislav Zyryanov noted: “Delivery of food to the north is a complex and multifaceted issue. The road will master the walking. Today's fair is only the first, but an important step towards the restoration of full -scale cooperation between the enterprises of the agricultural sector of the region and the inhabitants of the Yenisei North. Our farmers are ready to provide northerners with high -quality and fresh products from the “mainland”. I hope that together with the Ministry of Agriculture, the administrations of Norilsk and Taimyr, we will be able to change the situation for the better. “

The meeting was attended by regional parliamentarians, First Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the region Larisa Beletskaya, Chairman of the Coordinating Council of the Yenisei Standard Association Ksenia Chizh, heads of local retail chains.

Vice Speaker Andrei Novak noted that the main problem that prevents the restoration of economic ties between the North and the South in full is the cost of delivery of goods to the polar territories. Deputy Valery Vango recalled that the problem arose back in the 90s of the XX century, when, due to different factors, cooperative ties between the northern territories and agricultural enterprises of the region were actually broken.

Deputy Natalya Pyzhikova believes that not only business, but power and citizens should be interested in solving this problem. “Before the meeting, we visited some stores where products from Khakassia and the Kemerovo region are presented. High -quality goods from the central and southern regions of the region should be available to residents of the northern territories of Krasnoyarsk, ”she said.

The head of Taimyr, Alexei, proposed organizing a year -round cargo carriage with Krasnoyarsk. This will allow fresh products from the central and southern regions of the region to the north.

Among other problems, in addition, the absence of warehouses, high costs for the maintenance of the logistics center in the winter period and high prices for goods of local agricultural enterprises were named.

Summing up the results of the discussion, the chairman of the committee Vladislav Zyryanov noted: “The goods of agricultural producers of the region occupy only a small share of the Taimyr and Norilsk market. However, the situation is not hopeless. There is potential for increasing supplies from the mainland to the Yenisei North! One of the positive results of the meeting of the committee in the polar Dudinka was that many residents of the North were convinced personally: we are not indifferent to their problems, and we are ready to work together on their solution. ”
