Gold will attack the laws that passed the censorship motions: “The Government chose to step on the Constitution”
The Alliance for the Union of Romanians (Gold) announced that it attacks the Bolojan Government projects at the Constitutional Court.

“Today, the PNL-PSD-UDMR-USR and minorities coalition has again demonstrated the total contempt for Romanians, rejecting, on a Sunday, the censorship motions deposited by the Gold against the Bolojan Government. Instead of respecting the democratic vote and the parliamentary debate, the government has chosen to step on the Constitution and to assume, five times consecutively, the responsibility on projects that hit directly in teachers, pensioners, mothers, students and Romanian entrepreneurs. Gold will attack at the Constitutional Court four projects imposed by abuse“, Sunday, gold, said in a press release.
The formation specifies that the four laws adopted by committing the Bolojan Government will attack at the RCC:
1. The law on “reform” in health
* Reduction of the number of settled medical investigations – Chronic patients remain without diagnosis and treatment in time
* Doctors, forced to prescribe only certain compensated drugs – restricted access to effective therapies
* Increase of the clawback tax – the disappearance of generic drugs, hitting in retirees and chronic patients
* Marginalization of family medicine and ambulatory – huge waiting lists, accentuated territorial inequalities
2. The law on corporate governance of public enterprises
* The deprived minority shareholders receive increased control rights in the state companies
* New Amepip Agency = massive politicization tool
* Board of Directors transformed into party annexes – Political subordinate civil servants
3. The Law on the efficiency of autonomous administrative authorities
* Huge salaries only fall from 15,000 euros to 12,000 euros – cosmetization, not reform
* Personnel discounts concern the control and verification area – weakening the supervision capacity of energy and insurance markets
* Political posts remain intact
4. The law on the recovery and efficiency of public resources
* Minimum tax on turnover – Suffocating small companies
* Extra charges for carriers – higher costs for all Romanians
* CASS growth for independents – 650,000 Romanians affected
* Increase of tax on stock market transactions – destruction of the capital market.
The plenary of the Parliament debated, on Sunday, four censorship motions submitted by the opposition, after committing the Government's liability for the second package of measures regarding the reduction of the budget deficit.
