President Elekt Karol Nawrocki informed on Monday that Zbigniew Bogucki will be the head of the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland, and Adam Andruszkiewicz will be his deputy; Both are PiS deputies and were involved in the presidential campaign of Nawrocki.

Nawrocki on Television Trwam pointed out that Bogucki is a lawyer, lawyer and a very experienced official and a very good West Pomeranian voivode. Nawrocki on cooperation with the government: I will sign all laws that will be good for Poles

President Elekt Karol Nawrocki assured that regardless of how critically assessed Prime Minister Donald Tusk, he imagines cooperation with him and with a government. He declared that he would sign all laws that would be good for Poles, e.g. deregulation laws or on increasing tax -free amount.

Nawrocki, during Monday's conversation on TV Trwam and Radio Maryja, asked how he imagined cooperation with the government of Donald Tusk assured that regardless of how critically he assesses the prime minister, cooperation between them is possible. – The good of Poland requires cooperation between the president and the Polish prime minister and all these projects, all those laws that will be good for Poles, will meet with my acceptance – assured Nawrocki.

President Elek estimated that Prime Minister Tusk is “the worst prime minister of Poland after 1989”, but – as he noted – “the system of democracy requires that the president and prime minister cooperate with each other in things good for Poles.”

Nawrocki at the same time announced that he would not sign laws that “change the shape of national identity, or reflect Poland's sovereignty to the bodies outside of Rzeczpospolita.” He added that there are things in which he could be “very helpful for the current government and the prime minister” and mentioned the increase in tax -free amount and the deregulation process.

President Elek reminded that by the end of May the government was to prepare a hundred deregulation laws, but did not do so. – I hope that by the end of August, and let it be an expression of my great kindness and understanding that at least 50 until the end of August such solutions will be prepared – said Nawrocki.

Nawrocki about the repair of the judiciary: If politicians fail, I will submit a referendum application in the Senate

The first president of the Supreme Court Małgorzata Manowska announced on Sunday that she intends to direct open lists, including to the prime minister, the marshals of the Sejm and Senate and to the chairmen of the parliamentary clubs with an invitation to talk about the solutions to the problems of justice.

Nawrocki, asked on Television Trwam and Radio Maryja, whether he would decide to participate in such discussions, he replied that he was ready for all conversations regarding the repair of the Polish justice system and – more broadly – the system recorded in the Constitution, as “the Polish constitution is broken in this respect.”

President Elek estimated that “Poles are tired of discussion around the judiciary.” He pointed out that “they are afraid of them” both the issue of the Prosecutor General and undermining the status of judges appointed by the democratically elected President Andrzej Duda. According to him, this problem causes the collapse of many companies, and also means that numerous judgments cannot be “consistent or effective”.

Nawrocki assured that after his office took office, the Chancellery of the President would become a center of discussion and attempts to solve the problems of justice. – And if politicians can't handle it – as I announced in the election campaign – I will ask the Polish Senate for a national referendum on the Polish justice referendum – emphasized President Elekt.
