President Trump, quoted by Reuters, noticed that the finalization of the contract would also require China's consent and added that it was not sure whether the Beijing government would make a favorable decision. At the same time, he expressed cautious optimism, emphasizing his good relations with the President of China XI Jinping and mutual benefits from a potential agreement between countries.
