He announced that the US would invite the presidents of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan as guests to the G20 summit. As previously notified by the Department of State, Trump will host the G20 Leaders' Summit on December 14-15, 2026, at Trump National Doral Miami in Florida.
At the beginning of September, President Karol Nawrocki announced during his visit to Washington that the US president had invited him to the G20 summit in Florida.
The head of the International Policy Office in the Chancellery of the President, Marcin Przydacz, took part in preparatory meetings for the summit in the US in December and emphasized that Poland was “very well received” by the G20 countries.
The G20 group is a forum bringing together 19 countries as well as the EU and the African Union, which are responsible for approximately 85 percent. world GDP and over 75 percent trade and represent two thirds of the world's population. Although it does not have a permanent secretariat and does not make binding decisions, it is a key platform for talks about global economic challenges.
