Luxury vacation 2025. Five habits of rich travelers that are worth knowing

I have been organizing trips for ultra -brine for over a decade. During this time I learned a lot about the customs and preferences of wealthy travelers.
My rich travelers are often busy managers or entrepreneurs who value comfort and everything that allows them to save time.
For this reason, they are willing to pay a higher price for high -quality services that minimize travel time and difficulties. That is why many of my clients charter private planes or years with the first class.
If they fly a commercial plane, they use services such as private rooms, so they can check in at private terminals and avoid long queues and crowds at airports.
Exceptional holidays – a priority less known places
Privacy is crucial for many of my clients.
They are not interested in crowded places such as Rome or Florence. They often ask me where the next popular direction is because they like to visit new places of travel, which have not yet become popular.
Some of the less known places that I recommend to my clients are Sardinia in Italy, Ticino in Switzerland and Costa Navarino in Greece.
Luxurious travels. Private transport is mandatory
Travels can be stressful, and access to the airport and return from it is always burdensome. My clients prefer private chauffeurs that can be reserved in advance and not wait for the journey.
I usually book luxurious SUVs via Blacklane for my clients. In my experience, the professional drivers of this company are reliable and always appear a few minutes ahead of time.
Because many of my clients are busy, they often use private travels to the airports to receive e-mails and business phones at the last minute.
Reservations with less than 60 days in advance
My clients do not mind traveling at the last minute. They usually book their trips in advance less than 60 days, and sometimes within a few weeks.
Although it is often cheaper to book a trip more in advance, the cost is not for them the main factor when planning travel. It can also be difficult for them to plan their schedules in advance.
In addition, they travel often. Instead of going on one large vacation a year, customers I work with usually travel several times in quarter, going to a mix of small weekend trips and longer international trips.
They focus on local experiences, inaccessible to the general public
Wealthy travelers often look for something more than just a destination. They want personalized, engaging experiences that are not available to the general public.
My clients love when I offer them new or underestimated attractions that they may not know about. They are willing to pay additional for exclusive access to experiences that are inaccessible to a wide audience, such as visiting the Vatican after hours.
Sometimes I organize private shows of the famous art collections or a behind -the -scene culinary trip with a chef awarded with Michelin star.
