What you need
- 500 g of fried peanuts
- 800 g of condensed milk
- 250 g of milk powder
- 40 g butter
How to cook
Put peanuts and condensed milk in a saucepan, bring to a boil. Put the oil and pour dry milk, mix everything thoroughly. Cook on a minimum fire for 30 minutes, constantly stirring so that nothing is buried. The mass should become thick, homogeneous and caramel.
Put the Shcherbet in the mold, cover with a film, cool to room temperature, and then take it into the refrigerator. In an hour, get, cut into pieces – and call everyone to tea.
Shcherbet is easily stored in the refrigerator until a week, and the taste becomes more saturated every day.
