Mobile networks were interrupted throughout the Netherlands, while the country hosted the summit of NATO leaders held in The Hague on Wednesday, writes AP News.
The problem arose in the system of the ODIDO supplier, as well as to several of the company's branches. Odido said that its customers are experiencing a large -scale interruptions of the telephone service.
Job Holzhauer, the spokesman of the National Cyber Security Center in the Netherlands, said that the agency is not involved and that the main responsibility for investigating the interruption is the supplier.
Holzhauer also said that the Cyber Security Center will only be involved if the survey carried out by the supplier confirms that it was a cyber attack.
