In Zelenogorsk, state traffic inspectors detained a drunken driver-recidivist. This was reported in the press service of the regional police.
During the service on Gagarin Street, the law enforcement officers stopped the VAZ-2131 car. At the wheel was a 45-year-old local resident, from whom the pungent smell of alcohol proceeded. The driver was examined, the device showed 0.873 mg/l.
DPS inspectors found that in July 2022, the man was already prosecuted under Part 1 of Art. 264.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation for driving in a state of intoxication.

“At the time of repeated detention, he was forbidden to engage in activities related to the management of vehicles for more than 2 years,” law enforcement officers explained.
A criminal case was opened against Zelenogorets under Part 2 of Art. 264.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Management of a vehicle by a person who is intoxicated, who has a criminal record for committing a crime.” The car of the Dris at the Divister was sent to the special parking lot.
