High-speed Internet MTS appeared in Ergaki Natural Park

The MTS company launched high-speed mobile Internet of the LTE standard in the Ergaki natural park.

Now communication is available at key points in the park, including hotel complexes, cafes, ski slopes, as well as at the Oyskoye Lake natural monument and on the adjacent section of the Yenisei federal highway. Travelers will be able to book services online, communicate on social networks directly from the hiking trails and even broadcast live from the peaks.

“The tourist attractiveness of the Krasnoyarsk Territory is growing every year – we see this both in the growth of traffic in the vicinity of popular attractions and in the emergence of new points of attraction. For our part, we continue to develop telecom infrastructure in the most remote locations of the region so that travelers can comfortably use digital services while on vacation,” said Sergei Yegoshin, director of MTS in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

Thus, over the past year, the company has increased coverage on the beaches of the Bolshoi (also known as Parnoye) and Holy lakes, Lake Uchum, Tubinsky and Krasnoyarsk reservoirs, as well as in the vicinity of the popular caves – Bolshaya Oreshnaya and Badzheyskaya, where organized groups constantly arrive from Krasnoyarsk.

Let us add that the Ergaki Natural Park, located in the south of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, is visited annually by more than 120 thousand tourists. In summer, guests come here for hiking routes to the Sleeping Sayan Pass, the Hanging Stone rock and other attractions, and in winter – for skiing, snowboarding and snowmobiling.
