Tonight, at the match against Chivu's interior, Urawa's supporters, they came in large numbers and occupied the Lumen Field Stadium in Seattle. They started the recital 30 minutes before the match and did not stop. They jumped into the synchronous and sang without interruption.

And at the first match played by Urawa at the World Club Cup, against River Plate, Japanese supporters created an electrifying atmosphere, chanting, singing and supporting the team until the end, regardless of score. The Japanese were defeated by River Plate with 3-1.

Cristi Chivu declared his love for Japan

At the press conference before the match with Urawa, Cristian Chivu received questions from Japanese journalists. The Romanian coach declared his love for Japan.

“I love your people, your country, your culture, your rigor and discipline. We should all take an example from you. I hope that one day I can visit Japan,” Chivu told the match with Urawa.
