The Spain Forum rejected the request made by FCSB because there is a “high probability of confusion” with ACS Steaua New Generationan academy in Sector 3 of the Capital. EUPI analyzed data sent by ACS Steaua New Generationand based on them rejected the request made by lawyer Adrian Căvescu.

The legal representative of the FCSB said he would appeal, and a final decision would come over “about 2-3 years”. Also, the lawyer said that Florin Talpan, CSA Steaua lawyer, was not involved in this file.

“It has nothing to do with this case with CSA Steaua. It was an opposition formulated by Marian Strachinescuwhich has the mark The new generation star.

It does not mean that we will automatically lose with the CSA. Everyone throws all kinds of things. So this is another file. Indeed, we were also informed that this opposition was admitted.

But we will appeal. It will take at least 2-3 years until we have a final decision here. So nothing happened. Talpan's opposition follows and that will be judged. An appeal is made regardless of the decision.
