In the Uyarsky district, State Traffic Inspectorate officers stopped the trip of a drunk woman with five children. This was reported to the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
At night, traffic police stopped a Toyota Corona driven by a 36-year-old woman. During the inspection, state traffic inspectors found that the driver did not have a driver’s license, a compulsory motor liability insurance policy, and there were signs of alcohol intoxication.
There were also five minor children in the car, and a 5-year-old child was transported without a child restraint. As a result of the examination for intoxication, the device readings were 0.630 mg/l.

Administrative materials were drawn up against the woman: for violating the requirements for transporting children; failure to comply with the requirements for compulsory civil liability insurance of vehicle owners; driving a vehicle by a driver who is intoxicated and does not have the right to drive a vehicle.
The Magistrate Court imposed an administrative fine in the amount of 45 thousand rubles on the violator. The total amount of fines for all violations will be more than 50 thousand rubles.
Also, employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate sent information to the PDN to consider the issue of bringing the woman to justice under Article 5.35 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Failure of parents or other legal representatives of minors to fulfill the obligations of maintaining and raising children.”
