The Ministry of Finance of the Krasnoyarsk Territory prepared the next edition of the brochure “Guide to the budget of the Krasnoyarsk Territory”.
The document helps to understand how the regional budget of 2025 works, from which income is formed, for what purpose expenses are directed and what projects will be implemented in the near future. The publication presents information on the features of the budget process, the implementation of national projects, the structure of the development budget and much more.
The peculiarity of the release of 2025 is a thematic design, dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War. On the pages of the brochures, interesting facts are published about monuments and memorials located in different areas of the regional center. One of the turns is completely dedicated to the anniversary of the Great Victory.
“When the first guide was released in 2007, the parameters of the consolidated budget of the Krasnoyarsk Territory amounted to a little more than 100 billion rubles. Today they exceed half a trillion. Behind these figures are serious changes in the economy and social sphere, active infrastructure and territorial development, and of course, improving the quality of life of citizens. All this time, our task was unchanged: to make the budget understandable, affordable and open to every resident of the region, ”said Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance of the region Vladimir Bakhar.
The guide is used annually at public hearings on the budget, in libraries, educational events and financial literacy lessons. The electronic version is posted on the website of the ministry. Special issues prepared after amending the budget, and materials on the execution of the budget for the past year are also available.
Recall that in 2024, the guide to the Krasnoyarsk Territory received recognition at the federal level – the publication took first place in the contest “Budget for Citizens”, which is holding a financial university under the Government of the Russian Federation together with the Ministry of Finance of Russia.
