The deputy head of the Idra-Krasnoturansky municipal district is suspected of fraud in the execution of contracts for the repair of heating networks. This was reported to the regional Investigative Committee.
It is known that in 2024, the “Customer Service of the Krasnoturansky District” concluded two contracts for the overhaul of heating mains. The contractor was the local municipal unitary enterprise Krasnoturanskoe RMPP Housing and Communal Services. However, the work was not completed in full – the old networks were not dismantled, new ones were only partially laid.

The official knew about the violations, but still gave instructions to sign acceptance certificates. Based on these documents, more than 18 million rubles were transferred to the contractor. Of these, 3.8 million, according to investigators, were spent on uncompleted work and unpurchased materials and were stolen by the contractor.
The acting director of the municipal enterprise has already been charged with fraud. The deputy head of the district was detained and the court sent him into custody. The investigation is ongoing.
