President Vladimir Putin instructed the country's government to ensure the implementation of the “First Square” project in Krasnoyarsk. The corresponding clause appeared in the list of instructions following the meeting of the Supervisory Board of the All-Russian Social-Speech Movement of Children and Youth “The Movement of the First”.
The document states that infrastructure facilities necessary for the implementation of projects and programs in the field of raising children and youth will be built. It is also assumed to arrange the Yenisei River embankment. The terms of implementation of the project are still unknown, the president will receive the first report on the work on October 1.
Recall that the support of a space for children and youth in May 2025 was asked by the governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Mikhail Kotyukov.
