The famous Lublin field cultivated by a farmer between blocks, from the balconies of which the delighted inhabitants watched the harvest, will be put up for sale. After many years, the landowner decided to take this step.

We wrote about the famous field that the farmer grows between blocks in Lublin a few years ago. Already then Janusz Wydra said that developers were calling him, submitting an offer to buy land. All other surrounding plots have long been built -up. “A few years ago people sold these lands A maximum of PLN 400 per square meter, and recently buyers have already proposed PLN 700” – said the farmer.

Each trip to the field is an attraction for residents. They film field work from balconies, watch them with young children. The films then upload to the Internet, and they are very popular. “I prefer a tractor and a farmer outside the window than another concrete with a neighbor window in the window” – say residents of nearby blocks asked by journalists. Now it is expected to end, because the farmer decided to sell the land – although this spring he still sowed at Jantarowa milk thistle, whose harvest residents will still observe at the turn of August and September.

As the local portal Lublin112.pl found out, “The plot with an area of ​​56 ares was valued at just over PLN 11 million. The spatial development plan is planned here multi -family housing, so the offer is mainly addressed to developers.” This amount means that A square meter costs nearly PLN 2,000.

Janusz Wydra points out that the decision is not yet final. “It is known that we will not keep this plot all the time. It is also not that we have to sell it, we just try to do it. We also want to see what interest will be.”

If the land owner is satisfied with the price negotiated with the buyer, probably in the near future the plot will be built up with blocks.
