You will need:
- 650 g of flour;
- 250 g of cottage cheese;
- 4 eggs;
- 60 g of sugar;
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar;
- 1/2 tsp baking powder;
- 1 tsp soda;
- 1/2 tsp vinegar;
- Sugar powder for serving.
Step -by -step preparation:
1. Put the cottage cheese in a large bowl, break the eggs, add simple and vanilla sugar.
2. Mix the ingredients with a blender or mixer until smooth.
3. We extinguish soda with vinegar, add to the dough and mix again.
4. Sift the flour with a baking powder, connect to the cottage cheese and knead the dough.
5. Roll the dough into a roller and divide into 24 parts. From each piece we form a ball and lay out on a baking sheet.
6. The blanks are sent to the average level of the oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 20-25 minutes.
7. We serve ready -made donuts to the table, sprinkling with powdered sugar.
